Are CoAs proactively provided, current (within 12 months), batch-specific, and from an accredited laboratory? This accounts for 25% of the score.
We evaluate response time, technical knowledge, and dispute resolution based on aggregated community reports and our own inquiries. Weighted at 20%.
We aggregate verified reviews from research forums and direct submissions, filtering for authenticity. Community score accounts for 20% of total.
