The 2020 NRA Meeting of the Members is getting started in Tucson, Arizona as I am typing this. Earlier this week I tested positive for COVID; needless to say, getting the virus one week before the meeting was demoralizing for me. While I am so incredibly disappointed to not be there with you, our goal to make the NRA strong, relevant, effective and accountable has never been about me. It is about us as NRA members. Thankfully, so many of you took the bull by the horns and attended. I am so very grateful for those of you who made that sacrifice of your time and money. I pray that today, your voice is heard despite the tone-deaf nature of the LaPierre loyalists who seem to only care about keeping hold of their power. Thank you for making your voice heard!
