Cast Your Ballot

In 2019, only 6% of eligible members voted in the NRA elections. At Save the Second, we are doing everything we can to raise that number. Voter eligibility is explained in Article III, Section 6(e) of the NRA Bylaws:

Who Can Vote?

“Fully paid lifetime members and annual members with five or more consecutive years of membership, as shown in the Association’s membership records, who have attained the age of 18 years on or before the fiftieth (50th) day prior to the date of the annual meeting of members and who are citizens of the United States of America shall be entitled to vote.” NRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 6(e)(1).

We believe the NRA leadership should be elected by the membership itself, not by a mere 6%.

As we get closer to the next election we’ll have more information to give you, but for now make sure to take a look at which directors are up for re-election.
